Kurt Brumme was a true pioneer of German sports reporting. As a radio presenter, he achieved cult status with his programme 'Sport und Musik' on WDR. His sports memorabilia and souvenirs are on display in the Kurt Brumme Gallery, giving the 83 square metre event room a very special flair - smaller conferences, workshops, seminars and presentations have an immediate sports-historical setting.

The Bistro in the Foyer is a central, open space on the ground floor and, at just under 100 square metres, provides direct access to all the other event areas. With its sports history exhibits, it is a great venue for corporate parties and receptions in combination with the Olympia Lounge, the Activity Field and the Rhine Terrace.

The 146 square metre Activity Field is the reception and break-out area for events in the salon, as well as providing plenty of sporting entertainment. With its modern lounge furniture, it is perfect for a welcome aperitif or a short relaxing break.

In museum mode, the activity area is equipped with a goal wall from the ZDF sports studio and various table football tables. Boredom is certainly not an option here.

The torch relay is the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games and has been celebrated since the Berlin Games in 1936. No fewer than 16 of the Olympic torches are on display in the Olympia Lounge. Combined with the bistro and activity area, this lounge is ideal for lectures, panel discussions, public viewing events, corporate parties and receptions.

Corporate parties and receptions in combination with the Champions' Hall have their exclusive outdoor space on the Museum Terrace. Approximately 450 square metres, with the most beautiful view of the Rhine, offer plenty of space and a boundless setting for your ideas.

The beautiful Rhine terrace has direct access from the bistro in the foyer. Corporate events and receptions for up to 60 people can immerse themselves in the unique Rhineland atmosphere and, in combination with the bistro, offer an entertaining inside-outside experience.
