12 years of strong partnership: lemonpie at Eurogress Aachen

We have been the exclusive catering partner of Eurogress Aachen since 2013 and have been playing a key role in shaping the quality of catering at a wide range of events ever since. With up to 300 events per year, including annual general meetings, conferences, congresses, public cultural events, championship celebrations, carnival shows, prom nights, and Christmas parties, the Eurogress in Aachen places high demands on flexibility and culinary diversity.

We meet this challenge with great motivation and well-thought-out concepts ranging from small snacks during breaks to healthy lunch buffets for conference catering and formal three-course menus. We combine traditional culinary art with modern food trends – with a clear focus on freshness, quality, and sustainability.

Our use of a billing system has also more than proven itself at Eurogress Aachen: in 2016, we won the Caterer of the Year award with this concept – a distinction that recognizes our commitment to transparent processes and first-class service. The billing system enables cashless payment transactions, which avoids billing errors and automatically takes special conditions such as discounts into account thanks to the central storage of customer data. It also offers stress-free processing for service staff, flexible card handling, and immediate blocking in case of loss, which benefits both guests and us.
