And the winner is: 20. eco://award
The winners of the 20th eco://awards were actually announced last year, but it was not until June 2022 that we were able to celebrate them. And we did it in style. The Association of the German Internet Economy invited around 300 guests to the Harbour.club in Cologne - and they were treated to an all-round culinary package.
It started with a great reception in the courtyard and urban street food such as falafel with artichokes, hummus, baked prawns and mango dip. We used only sustainable and regional produce for the cross-continental specialities.
After the award ceremony in the stylish location, the street food market in the courtyard invited guests to a colourful dinner with eight different stations offering a wide variety of flavours: there was the station with grilled surf & turf, classic fish & chips, all kinds of extravagant burger variations, fresh poke bowls, mini tacos in all degrees of spiciness, Asian delicacies, original tarte flambée and of course irresistible desserts to round it all off. And if you had any room left over, you could try the ingenious ice cream from German manufacturer Keiserlich.
