Gala Dinner at K21 Ständehaus

Under the iconic glass dome of K21, we hosted an exceptional gala dinner in the heart of Düsseldorf. The striking museum space provided an elegant backdrop for an evening dedicated to fine cuisine, exquisite design, and a captivating atmosphere, accommodating around 200 guests. 

The evening began with sophisticated canapés, including potato pralines with black walnuts and sous-vide venison fillet accompanied by parsnip cream and cranberry confit. A custom house cocktail, adorned with the company logo, set a stylish tone from the very beginning. The culinary experience continued with a refined menu. Guests started with char fillet served with pumpkin risotto, wild herbs, pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. This was followed by beef fillet accompanied by crispy potato fritters, chocolate and cranberry jus, and buttered pointed cabbage. For the sweet finale, guests enjoyed fondant au chocolat paired with peanut caramel, berry gel, and forest berry sorbet. 

The evening concluded with a live performance, leading into a vibrant party. This gala dinner seamlessly combined architecture, fine dining, and entertainment, creating an unforgettable experience.
