Gala evening at Motorworld

As part of this year's European Taxi Fair, lemonpie pampered around 250 guests at MOTORWORLD Cologne | Rheinland with a first-class culinary menu for a major German car manufacturer. In keeping with the autumnal season, the first course was a hearty pumpkin cream soup with roasted pastrami, followed by a fine sous-vide fillet of beef with red wine jus on sweet potato puree, and rounded off with a delicious fondant au chocolat with blood orange champagne sorbet and rasperry vodka gel. Between courses, guests had the opportunity to visit the exclusive Michael Schumacher Private Collection with trained guides. This was a feast for the eyes: the extraordinary collection is unique in the world. A thoroughly successful evening in Cologne's new trendy location.
