Garnier Sorbet Vitamin C Cream Launch at K21
To mark the launch of the new Sorbet Vitamin C Cream, Garnier invited guests to K21 in Düsseldorf. Around 200 invited guests attended the event, including numerous well-known regional influencers. The evening brought together the world of skincare and a culinary concept that translated the product line's key ingredients into flavour.
At the centre of the evening was a vegan three-course menu inspired by the ingredients of the Sorbet Cream variants. Each course drew on selected elements of the formulas and transformed them into its own culinary interpretation. Fresh flavours, light ingredients and carefully balanced textures shaped the menu and reflected the lightness of the product line.
The evening opened with a welcome smoothie by Dr. Smusy, accompanied by a cocktail concept that continued the fruity direction of the event. The culinary highlight was the Creative Dessert Table. In front of the guests, the chefs created a vegan cake on a mirrored table, layering it live in the room. Berries, yuzu gel, berry foam and chocolate completed the dessert.
