General Assembly of the DOSB at K21

The K21 Ständehaus in Düsseldorf was the festive setting for the 15th General Assembly of the German Olympic Sports Confederation. Around 500 invited guests were treated to a first-class 3-course meal at 60 opulently decorated round tables. The first course was an autumnal carrot and chilli soup with chorizo fumet, served from a large porcelain pot. This was followed by a sumptuous saddle of veal with pointed cabbage and potato tree cake, and culminated in a heavenly fondant au chocolat with mulled wine zabaglione and quince and ginger sorbet. Perfect culinary winter magic in an artistic setting!
