Julia & Carl-Georg: Countryside Wedding
Set amidst the rolling landscape of the Eifel, we had the pleasure of accompanying Julia and Carl-Georg’s dream wedding with our culinary concept. On the couple’s family estate, a relaxed countryside setting was created for an elegant marquee wedding with a special personal touch.
Following the ceremony in a tent surrounded by greenery, guests were welcomed with an sesonal grazing table. Finely sliced local Eifel ham, sourdough bread, a carefully curated selection of cheeses and our homemade antipasti were complemented by regional delicacies and champagne.
Dinner was served later in a second beautifully decorated marquee set within the castle courtyard. The natural colour palette of the historic walls was picked up and enhanced with warm lighting and floral details, a harmonious backdrop for a long and convivial evening. In the evening, we served a seasonal three-course menu. Starters included tuna sashimi with marinated watermelon or roast beef on beetroot carpaccio. For the main course, guests chose between truffle pasta or beef fillet with braised cheek and potato strudel. The evening concluded with a dessert buffet featuring trifle, pistachio tiramisu and our homemade lemonpie. An unforgettable wedding and a true passion project for our team – we are grateful to have been part of this special day.
