lemonpie enchants Dior at the Kunstpalast
Fashion meets art and cuisine: as one of the main sponsors of the exhibition 'Peter Lindbergh: Untold Stories', the fashion house Dior invited guests to a VIP soiree at the Kunstpalast Düsseldorf. As the museum's exclusive catering partner, we were able to spoil around 30 prominent guests from the film, television and music industries with culinary highlights.
After a successful reception with champagne and finger food, the guests enjoyed a personal tour with curator Wilko Austermann. The dinner, served on beautiful Dior plates, was hard to beat and befitted the high-calibre occasion: finest Saint-Pierre on Jerusalem artichokes with aubergine, followed by lobster foam soup, and veal fillet and lobster on wild broccoli with parmesan doughnuts left nothing to be desired in terms of flavour. Alternatively, there were vegan delicacies such as truffle potato tartlets with shiitake mushrooms, ox heart tomato essence with basil dumplings or spinach flan with truffle on wild broccoli with sweet potato. Tarte Tatin, almond milk ice cream and champagne sorbet rounded off a perfect evening.
