Ricola Dinner ... with that certain something extra!
As part of the ProSweets trade fair, we presented Swiss company Ricola with a top-class culinary evening - and the HARBOUR.CLUB, with its flair of industrial history, harbour charm and modernity, was simply the perfect setting.
Around 130 guests not only enjoyed high-quality culinary delights at food stations, but were also able to admire the production of our homemade ravioli ‘live’. Each dish, whether flambéed langoustine in a brioche or paillard of beef and scallops, was accompanied by the right wine at the corresponding wine station. A sommelière was on hand to answer questions and was also happy to give a real insider tip. The crowning glory was our dessert creations, which were a real feast of flavours with their Swiss herb components.
