Successful event for Volvo Trucks

At the internal event for Volvo Trucks at MOTORWORLD Cologne | Rhineland, we were able to demonstrate our skills three times in a row - and show that we are truly passionate hosts. The extensive event was spread over several days and designed for smaller groups, so we were able to create the best conditions for a safe experience.

Three successful evening events with different 4-course menus and three equally successful daytime events left no culinary wishes unfulfilled for the 240 participants from all over Germany. Each course of the menus travelled through a different season and thus brought a lot of variety to the evenings with the appropriate tabletop. Our stations with fruit, brain food, sweets and vitality snacks provided the necessary energy for the conferences and the buffets for lunch also impressed with a colourful variety of delights.

The entire event naturally took place under our specially developed hygiene concept, which exceeds the high requirements of HACCP and is constantly being adapted - depending on the current situation. We worked intensively on all the necessary measures without compromising the event character and atmosphere. After all, our event catering should retain its unique, personal character!
