Tropical Night at the Aquazoo – an unforgettable event for the Rheinische Post
An extraordinary venue requires a remarkable catering concept, and for the Rheinische Post, we had the pleasure of organising a truly special evening at the Aquazoo Düsseldorf. Approximately 310 guests, including clients, partners, and sponsors, enjoyed a magical tropical night surrounded by exotic marine life and mesmerising aquariums. The Aquazoo is far from a conventional event location. With its spacious layout, winding corridors, multiple levels, and stunning aquariums, meticulous planning and a perfectly coordinated team were essential. Food and drinks were served right among the underwater worlds, creating an atmosphere that was both impressive and memorable.
The concept: relax, connect and indulge
The evening began with a refreshing aperitif cocktail, followed by elegant bowl food served throughout the various areas of the Aquazoo. Guests had ample opportunities to network at the bar while enjoying our culinary creations. At the special request of the Rheinische Post, the menu was entirely vegetarian and vegan. Our kitchen team showcased that plant-based cuisine is anything but a compromise. In fact, its diversity and creativity delighted the guests and became one of the evening’s true highlights.

The night was made special not only by the food but also by the Aquazoo’s fascinating residents. During a prize draw, guests had the chance to win unique experiences, such as holding a snake or feeding stingrays, memorable moments that made this tropical night truly one of a kind.
