We have now been awarded the title 'Employer of the Future' by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND). As part of the transparent assessment process, the coveted seal of approval places particular emphasis on digitalisation and sustainability - two important aspects for a company's prospects of success and future viability.
To compete for the best minds, companies need to communicate effectively in the recruitment market. Awards and labels provide a trustworthy basis for choosing an employer - especially for younger employees from Generation Z.
